Bang Bang Canteen
Bang Bang, the first ever ‘Noodle Noir’ in London’s Euston, evolved from a splintered Film Noir narrative. As the story evolves, diners are absorbed into a fractured journey, displayed within the restaurant through the menus, napkins and bespoke wallpapers.
The exotic food with a strong street vibe is reflected within the interiors, creating a casual Vietnamese restaurant, with an industrial edge.
A centrally located open kitchen allows dinners to be absorbed into the fresh, almost theatrical style of cooking from both sides of the restaurant within raised booth seating and contrasting smaller, intimate tables.
