Victoria

Interior & Graphic Designer

Having Graduated from Norwich University of the Arts in Graphic Design, Victoria completed a short course at the Interior Design School before joining the KAI design team. Alongside her time in the studio, she is currently undertaking an Open Learning Diploma in Interior Design, at KLC.

Her experience working within the hospitality sector has proved invaluable in ensuring her ideas are both functional as well as attractive.

Maria

Interior Designer

After completing her Masters  degree in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano (IT), Maria decided to move to London to join Will Alsop´s firm. Here she was exposed to Will´s creative process: developing concept paintings with him on 6x3m canvases in the art studio, through to designing buildings. One of these canvases was also exhibited at the Royal Academy´s Summer Exhibition in 2012.

Shortly after, Maria joined Stantec, working as part of the interior team on large scale projects dealing with different professionals spread internationally. Whilst at Stantec she discovered her real passion for interior design, which led her to join the team at KAI.

She enjoys every stage of the process that contributes  to the creation of marvellous interiors, from initial concept and brainstorming, layouts, deciding on finishes, technical drawings, construction on site- and of course the opening day!

What's your favourite place in the world?

Wherever I'm able to pause and stare at the sunset with all its different hues.

Elise

Interior Designer

Elise trained at the KLC school of design (Diploma course) and won the “Personal Achievement Award” upon graduation.

Elise developed her passion for the hospitality sector after taking on a Fullers pub refurbishment. She then joined the KAI team in 2016.

Due to her previous career in theatre Elise especially loves the concept stage of design process and creating spaces with wow factor. Also, (due to her career in theatre!!) has a lot of experience working in the hospitality sector as a server, so is able to put this to great use when designing functional layouts.

What's your favourite place in the world?

Anywhere with good food, good friends and family (and cocktails).

Marek

Office Manager

After finishing his studies of Business Management at the University of Greenwich, Marek worked in central London for one of the local celebrities. Despite the glitz and glamour, he decided he wanted to change his career path and went to work in Morocco for a British marketing firm – this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience where he discovered the country, its culture and their way of doing business.

In 2016 he decided to come back to what he knew and loved in London. His passion for design and artistic soul led him to finding his place at Kai.

What's your favourite place in the world?

I have loads but, if I have to pick two, it would be Barcelona due to its amazing city beach vibe and my hometown in Poland – sentimental value haha.
